Career Opportunity with CIA

On October 4th, 2017 the CIA will be bringing their officers for a one day program at LTU. Students and faculty will have the opportunity to learn about the opportunities available within the CIA, ask questions and understand what is needed to pursue a career in the CIA (or other intelligence) utilizing their field of study.  In addition, they will learn about various student opportunities with the CIA.

Space is limited.  Interested students must submit their resume for consideration, as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday, September 27, 2017 to Professor Nadia Fadel-Bazzi, College of Management (nfadelbaz@ltu.edu).

The following are some general standards we are looking for in students:

  • min 3.0 GPA
  • STEM majors/concentrations
  • U.S. Citizens would benefit most (non-citizens will not be able to obtain student or career opportunities with the CIA)

Below is a tentative schedule of events for the day:

  • 9:00am-10:30am: Meeting with STEM Faculty (breakfast/coffee meeting)
  • 11:00-12:15: Officer Panel and Q&A with students (includes technical recruiter, among others) (lunch)
  • 1:00pm-3:00pm: Office hours (pre-scheduled student advising appointments/resume review)

If you have any additional questions, please reach out to Professor Nadia Fadel-Bazzi, College of Management (nfadelbaz@ltu.edu) or Meaghan, STEM Program Associate (mmarkiewi@ltu.edu)
